BISCUITS AVOINE/POMMES/CANNELLE


 

 

Ingrédients :

500g de farine de blé

200g de flocon d’avoine (4)

40g de pommes en morceaux, sans pelure (5)

30cl d’eau

2 cuillères à soupe de cannelle (2)

2 cuillères à soupe de miel (3)

2 cuillères à soupe d’huile

1 cuillère à soupe de poudre de clou de girofle (1)
 

Préchauffer votre four à 175°

Mélanger tous les ingrédients ensemble

Former une boule homogène

Étaler la patte au rouleau afin d’obtenir une épaisseur d’environ 5mm

Découper les formes, en laissant libre court à votre imagination

Disposer les biscuits sur une plaque farinée ou sur du papier sulfurisé

Laisser cuire 30-35 minutes (le temps que le biscuit soit bien sec)
